Jisc Historic Books and Jisc Journal Archives are full text book and journal archives enabling you to search and download over 350,000 texts and over 3.75 million journal articles respectively. These platforms have been developed by Mimas, on behalf of Jisc Collections, to consolidate and host content licensed in perpetuity by Jisc Collections for the UK Academic community.

Jisc Historic Books
Jisc Historic Books enables you to cross-search over 300,000 historical books published in English or in England before 1800 and 65,000 19th century books from the following historically significant collections:
- Early English Books Online (EEBO)
- Eighteenth Century Collections Online (ECCO)
- 19th Century books from the British Library collection (previously unavailable online)
